The typical shipping time is displayed on each Product page
Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
When goods are despatched, you will receive a notification email containing a link to track that shipment.
Your Order History page shows summary and details of all your orders and shipments. Just Sign In and view you Orders here. On the summary page, you can see the 3 Order states:
- ‘Pending’ - awaiting confirmation of funds transfer
- ‘Processing’ - goods being prepared for despatch
- ‘Complete’ - Goods despatched.
Further details pages are also available from the Order History page, which show the shipping details for each shipment. The Shipments states are:
- Not Yet Shipped
- Awaiting Shipment
- Shipped (with date of shipment)
- Delivered (with date of delivery)
At any time, you can track your goods using the Tracking Number and link which are provided on the Shipment Details page.
