The 241D can print:
- Production Dates or Expiry Dates
- these dates automatically and instantaneously change at midnight
- this avoids all manual set up and removes the risk of human error
- Offset Dates
- these are ideal for automatically printing Expiry Dates which are a number of days or weeks from the production date
- Multiple formats of dates (examples: 2020.08.31, or 31/08/2020, etc.)
- The Time
- the most valuable asset for improved Lot, Batch and Traceability codes is printing the time
- Lot/Batch Codes
- these codes are made up from any combination you wish from
- Day of year
- Year
- Factory Identifier code
- Production Line Identifier code
- these codes can be set to change automatically every midnight
- combined with the Time, Lot/Traceability codes can be very precise.
- these codes are made up from any combination you wish from
- All English and Chinese characters for any text you require
- All in a range of sizes from 2mm to 4mm in 0.5mm steps
- 1, 2, or 3 lines of codes up to a maximum print length of 16mm
