The Marsh 241D has been designed to fit the most common hot stamp brackets as a direct swap replacement.
The position of the Marsh 241D on the bracket governs the location of the printed images across the host packing material, the same as a hot stamp coder.
Adjusting the host packaging machine settings, such as the material stopping position and print signal timing will adjust when the Marsh 241D will print and the code position on the packaging.
You can use the App on your phone to make fine adjustment of the code position.
- Launch the App and connect it to the coder you want to adjust.
- Go to Coder Control -> Settings -> Coder Print Settings.
- You can adjust Print Position up to a maximum allowed by the size of the code you are printing.
